Description

Building on what I've learn from Wallpaper 7. This took me roughly 3 hours, aside from the one hour it took to render the fractal. I also had to do some editing to the fractal to get into that shape.

In the end, all I wanted to for it to look like it's coming out of the water. I guess I got the effect right....
